The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of HELIO S.A. acquired bearer shares of the Company by means of transactions carried out on the Warsaw Stock Exchange SA on 5 and 6 November 2007.

The total value of the transaction exceeded the equivalent of EUR 5 000 expressed in PLN.
