As a result of purchases of shares in HELIO S.A. on 7th February 2008 the Funds managed by KBC Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. exeeded the 5% threshold of voting rights at a general meeting of shareholders of HELIO S.A.

On 7th February 2008 the Funds hold 253 761 shares of HELIO S.A. constituting 5.0752% of HELIO S.A. share capital and entitling them to 5.0752% of the total number of votes at a general meeting of shareholders.

Before the trans action, the Funds held 248 508 shares in HELIO S.A. constituting 4.9702% of the share capital of HELIO S.A. and entitling them to 4.9702% of the total voting rights at a general meeting of shareholders.
