The leader of the market in production of poppy-seed feelings as well as the leader of quantitative sales of the nuts and dries fruits packed under the manufacturer’s brand by leaps and bounds approaches completion of the investment project, the greatest one in its history of economic activity. Basically, just finishing works remained to put into operation of the new warehouse-manufacturing-office complex in Brochów. Opening of the plant is assumed as early as in the first quarter of the 2011 year.

Realization of the referred investment is an element of the development strategy presented in the registration statement. Owing to the new plant, reduction of costs connected with renting warehouse storage area, logistics and energy will be opportune, and first of all, the plant will enable to increase manufacturing potential of HELIO S.A. Business premises capacity available currently makes the Company reaching the dead end of manufacturing capacity. And limitations of supply bring HELIO about necessity to pass up arisen opportunities for continuation of dynamic development, in order to ensure appropriate quality and service for the hitherto clients. The present investment should satisfy the Company’s business premises capacity in the near several years as well as contribute to maintain high dynamics of the entity’s development. Moreover, it is also worthwhile to emphasize that more than seven hectare surface of the plot, ensures possibilities of future development, and at the same time does not prevent development of HELIO in prospect.

Just calling up, it is worthwhile to add that the new facility is erected on the plot acquired in spring of the 2008 year in Brochów nearby Sochaczew, and total usable area of the complex will amount to 10 thousand square meters, what means that probably it will be the greatest complex of that type in the nuts and dried fruits brand in Poland. Though the construction is so big, it is not over-invested. According to estimate of the Management Board of HELIO S.A. optimization of internal logistics, application of energy-saving solutions and improvement of efficiency of manufacturing processes will enable to gain savings of more than one hundred thousand złotys in a month base, what proves that the investment just from the beginning of its use will benefit the Company in measurable effects.
